Test the product without overstating authority or endorsement.
These service-specific terms govern participation in the TERA Signature Founding Tester program. They supplement the TeraSystemsAI corporate Privacy Policy and public Terms of Use for this evaluation relationship.
1. Evaluation program
TERA Signature is being provided for limited product evaluation and discovery. Features, controls, workflows, availability, and commercial terms may change during the Founding Tester period. Participation does not promise future free access, production suitability, a service level, certification, or regulatory approval.
2. Participation capacity
You must identify whether you participate in your personal capacity or on behalf of an organization. If you participate personally, any employer, university, company, public body, or professional affiliation you provide is contextual only and does not represent that organization’s authorization, endorsement, sponsorship, commitment, or pilot interest. If you participate on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to evaluate TERA Signature in that capacity.
3. Authority over documents and signatures
You may upload, route, review, sign, or invite others to documents only when you are authorized to do so. Do not submit employer-owned, confidential, regulated, proprietary, export-controlled, classified, patient, financial-credential, authentication-secret, or other restricted material unless TeraSystemsAI has expressly authorized the workflow and you have authority to use that material.
Each signer remains responsible for their own intent and authority. TERA Signature evidence records workflow events; an email link or access code alone is not represented as proof of civil identity.
4. Operational evidence and tester telemetry
The program may record information needed to operate and evaluate the service, including request creation, document fingerprints, participant roles, invitations, access events, signing actions, timestamps, completion, evidence sealing, repeat use, errors, feedback, and optional commercialization signals. Confirmed tester-program usage is distinguished from historical attributed activity where the system can make that distinction.
5. Feedback and commercialization signals
Feedback may be used by TeraSystemsAI to improve, validate, prioritize, price, and commercialize TERA Signature. A personal-capacity tester’s willingness to make an introduction does not constitute organizational pilot approval. Organizational pilot interest is recorded only where the tester has identified organization-authorized participation and provides that signal.
6. Your content and TeraSystemsAI intellectual property
You retain rights in content you lawfully provide. You grant TeraSystemsAI the limited rights reasonably necessary to receive, process, route, store, protect, and return that content for the tester workflow and related evidence, subject to the applicable Privacy Policy and any stronger written agreement.
TERA Signature software, source and object code, interfaces, designs, methods, workflows, evidence structures, controls, branding, research, documentation, and nonpublic implementation remain the property of TeraSystemsAI LLC and its applicable licensors. Tester access does not grant a right to copy, reverse engineer, reconstruct, imitate, redistribute, extract, train on, commercialize, or create a competing derivative implementation from nonpublic TERA Signature technology except where applicable law independently requires otherwise.
7. Privacy, security, and infrastructure
Personal information is handled under the TeraSystemsAI Privacy Policy. Review the TERA Signature Security & Data Handling notice before using the service. TERA Signature currently relies on third-party infrastructure providers for portions of hosting, email, storage, or service operation. The Founding Tester service does not claim provider-resistant end-to-end encryption unless that capability is expressly stated as deployed and verified.
8. Responsible use
Do not impersonate another person, bypass authorization, use another person’s access code, submit fraudulent signatures, test vulnerabilities without written authorization, interfere with the service, or use TERA Signature for unlawful or deceptive activity.
9. Availability, suspension, and ending participation
The Founding Tester program may be changed, paused, or ended when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, research integrity, or product development. You may stop participating at any time. TeraSystemsAI may suspend access for misuse or risk. Evidence or records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, integrity, contractual, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.
10. Legal and contractual hierarchy
The TeraSystemsAI Terms of Use continue to govern public website resources. These Founding Tester Terms & Disclosure provide the service-specific rules for this evaluation. A signed order form, pilot agreement, statement of work, data-processing agreement, or other written agreement providing stronger or more specific terms controls the covered engagement. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not waived.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these tester terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
