TrustPDF Document Security

Document integrity, accountable signing, evidence verification, and governed forensic analysis for important documents. TERA Signature provides the native multi-party signing path while TrustPDF provides the verification layer.

TERA DOCUMENT ASSURANCE

Sign with accountability. Verify with evidence.

TERA Signature extends TrustPDF upstream into document preparation and multi-party signing. One controlled document can move across locations without the print, sign, scan, and forward cycle. TrustPDF remains the verification and forensic layer.

TERA SIGNATURE

One document. Every signer. Every action accounted for.

Prepare a controlled document, add partners, choose parallel or sequential signing, review before release, collect signatures, show elapsed signing time, and preserve portable evidence.

TRUSTPDF SECURITY

Independent integrity and document verification

TrustPDF remains the security side of the platform. It verifies document integrity and can host configured forensic and connected assurance capabilities after the signing workflow is complete.

Review before release: signing does not automatically send the document. The sender reviews the exact controlled document, partner list, roles, deadline, and recorded signatures before approving partner invitations.

Built for distributed teams

A research group, review team, or business partnership can sign one controlled version in parallel across geographic locations instead of repeatedly printing, scanning, and forwarding new copies.

Capable Without AI, Stronger With It.

Core signing does not require AI. Human intent, document integrity, access verification, timing, review, release, and evidence remain functional without AI. Optional AI may assist understanding but cannot sign or release for a person.

Platform Overview

Enterprise Document Integrity

TrustPDF Security provides a governed document-integrity layer for important workflows. The deployable TERA Signature path records controlled PDF fingerprints, signing intent, partner access events, timestamps, and completion evidence. TrustPDF can verify that evidence and host additional forensic capabilities as they are validated and configured.

The platform is designed for organizations that need clear document provenance and accountable review. Current deployment focuses on SHA-256 integrity, multi-party signing evidence, shared workflow state, server-sealed evidence, and transparent assurance boundaries. Additional integrations and regulated-industry controls should be enabled only after their deployment requirements are validated.

Cryptographic Verification

Cryptographic Verification

  • SHA-256 fingerprints for source, signing, and completed PDFs
  • TERA Evidence Seal for completed connected workflows
  • Chained workflow events with explicit evidence boundaries
  • Independent re-verification of document and evidence hashes
  • Certificate-backed and trusted timestamp paths reserved for higher assurance deployments
Forensic Analysis

Forensic Analysis

  • Document metadata inspection and consistency checks
  • Hash and version mismatch detection
  • Evidence timeline review
  • Signature and completion-state inspection
  • Advanced image and document forensics remain validation-gated capabilities
AI-Powered Fraud Detection

AI-Powered Fraud Detection

  • AI is optional and is not required for core signing or verification
  • Governed assistance may support document understanding
  • AI cannot apply a signature or release a document for a person
  • Automated forensic models require separate validation before use
  • Human review remains available for uncertain or high-impact cases
Enterprise Integration

Enterprise Integration

  • Native TERA Signature connected service
  • Secure email invitations and short-lived access codes
  • Shared partner status, deadlines, sequential signing, and revocation
  • API boundary ready for future document and identity integrations
  • External signing connectors remain optional integration paths
Compliance and Security

Compliance and Security

  • Same-origin connected service with protected document storage
  • Short-lived access codes with attempt limits
  • Revocable invitations and server-enforced deadlines
  • Explicit assurance boundaries for identity, timestamps, and certificates
  • Formal certifications and regulated-industry claims are deployment-specific and not implied
Legal-Grade Reporting

Evidence and Accountability Reporting

  • Portable TERA evidence records
  • Participant roles, consent, and timing history
  • Source, signing, and completed document fingerprints
  • Server-sealed completion evidence in connected mode
  • Reports state what the system established without implying universal legal effect

TERA Deployment Boundary

Core document integrity and signing workflows operate without AI. Connected services enforce delivery, access-code expiry, shared state, and evidence sealing. Optional AI capabilities remain separately governed.
